The Committee called into question the effectiveness of Center, and in particular the Sections. They gave Center's head, Adrian, three years in which to improve, else the organization would be significantly scaled back. As a result, Mr. Jones appeared on the barge in Lyons to recruit Nikita as an informant inside Section.

Although able to make improvements to the organization, including the events in FLYF, the Committee is still not convinced. Madeline, Nikita, and Michael continue to work the al-Qu'iad mission, which is Adrian's trump card to prove the effectiveness and necessity of Center and the Sections. How was it that these four came together, and will they be able to convince the Committee that the organization is valuable? (Reviewed by Lorelei)
