This impromptu round robin was created in September of 1999 when a
very unpleasant situation developed on the LFN Storyboard 1. An
individual attempted to monopolize the board with loud, harrassing,
grammatically-incorrect-ridden, misspelled messages.

Various attempts were made to reason with this individual; to have
this problem moved and/or addressed in a different forum, etc...but
to no avail. So, some of the storyboard authors did what they do
best, they had Mikey save them.
