      They're talented originals
      From all walks of life,
      Who tune in every Sunday
      To witness all that strife,

      Because they recognize the depths
      The characters display
      Identifying with them
      Their conflicts and dismay.

      We suffer when they suffer.
      We tremble when they touch.
      We're hopeless romantics
      Hoping for so much!

      We want them to be happy
      Yet we fear it will not last.
      We replay all episodes
      To see again what's past.

      We write our own scenarios
      Of what we'd like to see,
      Encouraging each other
      We've become a family.

      I ask myself what makes me
      Love to watch this show?
      I ask myself what keeps us
      Fascinated so?

      And I can answer this, at least
