Tale of Consumer Woe

I had made the *terrible* mistake of having bought a remanufactured inkjet from Inkout.com. It never worked, and--when I wrote an *extremely* polite letter of comment to Yahoo (who had given me a link to evaluate the company)--this is the letter I received in return (several weeks later, I might add). Btw, I had to throw the inkjet cartridge away and purchase a new one elsewhere.
